<buyOffs> Element (for station type)
This element contains the list of buyoffs that operators can perform at this station type. It can specify one or more buyoffs, each defined by a child <buyOff> element.

Remarks
If this element is not specified for a station type, the station type will inherit the buyoffs settings from its parent station type. If this element is specified for a station type, it overrides any buyoffs settings specified for an ascendant station type.
