This element defines which defects from the master defect hierarchy should be presented at stations of this type from which the operator can choose.

Remarks
If this element is not specified for a station type, the station type will inherit the defects settings from its parent station type. If this element is specified for a station type, it overrides any defects settings specified for an ascendant station type.
